GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Cefpodoxime is an oral cephalosporin antibiotic used to treat many common bacterial infections in dogs and cats (e.g. ear, bladder and skin infections). Typically, you only need to give Cefpodoxime once daily. Cefpodoxime is available by prescription from a licensed veterinarian as tablets and as an oral suspension.
